Access Your Credit Accounts With EZCardInfo
To access EZCardInfo.com, you need your 16 digit card number, the zip code of your billing address, and the three digit card verification number found on the back of your credit card. Some members have reported that you must enter your information twice to successfully sign-on to the site. If you have attempted to sign-on multiple times, but are still unable to access your account, please inform the Credit Union. Why You Should Use Your Credit Union Debit Card?
With a Canandaigua Federal Credit Union debit card, you have access to your Credit Union accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in all 50 states and more than 80 countries worldwide. In addition, your Credit Union Debit card provides you with the convenience and security of leaving your cash and checkbook at home. When traveling outside the United States, you may also use your Credit Union Debit card to receive the best exchange on foreign currency.
How Do I Receive My Credit Union Debit Mastercard?
It's easy to obtain your Credit Union debit card. Simply visit the Credit Union office and open a checking account. A Debit Mastercard will be mailed to you.
How Do I Use My Credit Union Debit Mastercard?
You may use your Credit Union debit card at any automated teller machine that displays the NYCE®, Jeanie, Mastercard or CIRRUS® logo. Using your pre-assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN), you may access your regular share savings or checking account.
You may withdraw $500 per day or the available balance in your account, whichever is less. In addition, you may use your Debit card for Point of Sale (P.O.S.) transactions in which funds are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account to cover the cost of your purchases.
At some locations, you may make deposits to your savings and checking accounts as well as obtain your account balances.
Is There A Fee for Using my Credit Union Debit Mastercard?
With a Credit Union Debit card you may make unlimited fee free Point of Sale (P.O.S.) transactions. Deposits are also free at machines which accept them. You may make fee-free cash withdrawals up to $500 a day at the ATM located at the Credit Union office. You will also receive four (4) free withdrawals or balance inquiries per month at other machines. For each additional withdrawal or balance inquiry, you will be charged $1.00 by the Credit Union.
A surcharge fee may be incurred at some ATMs.
